Tasty Tuesdays Bloghop...Easy Spinach Dip

.
Welcome to Tasty Tuesdays!
.
I didn't have much time for cooking last week, so I am sharing a super easy appetizer - Spinach Dip.  This recipe comes from my friend Amy.  I've talked about Amy before.  Her blog, A New Chapter, is full of easy and delicious recipes.  Everything she cooks up sounds good to me.  I first had this dip at Amy's house and loved it!  You won't believe something so easy could be so delicious.
.
Ingredients:
- 1 package chopped frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 block of cream cheese, softened
- 14 oz. can of Rotel tomatoes with chilies
- 1 packet of guacamole seasonings
.
.
.
Make sure to drain spinach very well.
.
.
Combine all ingredients and stir well.  Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or veggies,.  Enjoy!
.
.
What did you cook up this week?
.

I'll leave the link inmy post as soon as I get to work - not easy to do via iPhone! :-/
