Happy October!

.
It's been a busy few weeks {Last weekend I went up to Michigan State for tailgating and the game, the weekend before I was in Chicago, and the weekend before that I was in a wedding}.  I haven't had time to cook, or work on new projects, so I thought I would share a few pictures of a trip I took last October.  My Mom, aunts, cousins, and I spent the weekend in Northern Michigan visiting wineries.  Northern Michigan is beautiful anytime of the year, but I think it's even more beautiful in the fall.  We stayed in Traverse City and visited the wineries on the Old Mission Peninsula.

I hope everyone is having a good start to October.  I'm still trying to figure out how it's October already?

  13. I was just thinking this morning on the way to work that I might take a ride "up north" as I am out of Grand Traverse Late Harvest Riesling. Your beautiful pictures were just the incentive I needed to firm up my plans.

Sure wish I had a ticket for this weeks game!!!! I was at the Notre Dame game and that was a great tailgating night too.

Thanks for the beautiful pictures and great inspiration.
